The tranquil atmosphere combined with professional treatment made it an lovely experience. Afterwards, I felt totally recharged and relaxed. I had a lovely time at the resort, which offers a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful views of the beach from my villa balcony. I appreciate the effort that the staff puts into making guests feel special; however, the service could be more attentive at times. The dining options were limited but mostly quite good. Overall, I found the experience enjoyable, yet a few aspects could use improvement, specifically service consistency.

My stay at this resort was a mixed bag. The ambiance and design were stunning, with some of the most beautiful rooms I’ve seen. However, a disturbing incident with a broken computer and the lack of communication during a crisis seriously marred our experience. The staff didn’t seem to take our concerns seriously, which added to the frustration. On the plus side, the beachfront setting is absolutely breathtaking, and the dining experience was quite enjoyable, especially with the sunset views.

We had an incredible stay at Jeeva Klui! The atmosphere was so peaceful and cozy, perfect for relaxation. The staff were genuinely caring and attentive, making us feel right at home. The only downside was the occasional miscommunication from the staff and some cleanliness issues. Overall, the food was delicious and the private snorkelling tour we booked was an absolute highlight!
