My stay at this resort was a mixed bag. The ambiance and design were stunning, with some of the most beautiful rooms I've seen. However, a disturbing incident with a broken computer and the lack of communication during a crisis seriously marred our experience. The staff didn't seem to take our concerns seriously, which added to the frustration. On the plus side, the beachfront setting is absolutely breathtaking, and the dining experience was quite enjoyable, especially with the sunset views.
